Tourism in Oz ha been on the decline since the efforts for the Mayor and the good Witches, Glinda and Addaperle, who run Oz Tours. To make matters worse, Evil Mastermind Carlos De Vil, son of Cruella, has set up an Evil Arts Academy to recruit potential “baddies”.
